Equipment information managed in Gimme is automatically shared with ZippyAssist, eliminating duplicate data entry and ensuring consistency. When customers report issues through ZippyAssist, service tickets are instantly created in Gimme's service call module, complete with all relevant information including equipment details, customer contact information, and even photos of the issue when available.
